We guess the fat lady sang!!!
It was fun. This weekend was, meeting everyone, the signs, the cheers, the songs, the dancing (okay, that was mostly Susie). I am admittedly disappointed, but you can’t say we didn’t jump in feet first and just go for it! We learned a lot these past few months, and had a lot of fun. But now we’re looking forward to resting up a bit, taking care of a little unfinished business, playing with our 8 year old (we even got a snowball fight in this afternoon!), and seeing how the basketball games turn out.
What a great bunch of folks these Republicans are - friendly, funny, and oh, so enthusiastic. It’s great to be back.

As we heard many times at the convention this past weekend, “timing is everything in politics” and you just happen to pick a time that consisted of 3 GREAT candidates (all from OUR party) for one position. My wife, Jan, and I were impressed with your credentials as well as your character and charisma and hope that we will see you in front of the convention again in the future.
